★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOLID BUILT COMPLEX. Great place to live, we moved into the complex when my wife was pregnant with our twins. Now they 8yrs old already. Within the complex you will find lagoons, bridges and fountains. Two other great features are the little playground perfect for kids 2-6yrs old, we spent there endless evening with the kids after dinner. The Ammenity Room capable of hosting parties and family reunions is Awsome. Holds around 35 people comfortably with double french doors opening to the dike. All you need to do is wheel your own BBQ or organize a Potluck and you set. Now with kids being older we bike regularly to Garry Point along the dike. There are 2 FRENCH IMMERSION ELEMENTARY Schools within 10min walking distance. Units are pretty much All owned and they come up for sale very rarely which is perfect as you get to know your neighbors very well.
