They sell interesting and tasty Bao! At the time I was there, early Aug. 2021, they were a cash-only business. Check them out!

I love the small bao here. They're classic northern Chinese style buns. Very authentic taste and a large selection of fillings even for vegetarian options. I wish they had more of the options in the small size. These taste just as I remember them from my childhood. You'll get a ton more filling in each bao here than you'd ever find in China though, hahaha.

Super satisfying and tasty! We tried the minced pork bao (ordered 10) and ordered one of the pork, egg, and shrimp just to try, and they threw that one in on the house! The person who took our order and gave us our food was extremely friendly. Awesome customer service and a delicious snack. Will definitely be coming back soon! Oh and the chili oil is amazing - I'd buy bottles of it. Edit: been coming almost once a week. I love the pork, shrimp, egg and fungus bao, they are so flavourful and you get an entire shrimp in each one!

Solid 10/10. I passed by this small hole in the wall many a times before I gave it a try. And I've been hooked ever since. This shop is take out only, specializing in Tianjin style fluffy steamed buns. There's a good variety of buns to choose from, vegetarian or meat, small or large sized. Small pork buns are only $12 for 10, the price can't be beat! Very authentic flavour too! The lady making the baos is super hard working and very friendly. The wait can be 30 min or more during lunch hour rush, so definitely plan for that. Or wait for off peak hours and she can whip up baos in 15 min.

I've been coming to this place quite regularly and the experience has been always great. The staff there is quite friendly and the service has been always good. I've so tried their minced pork and preserved egg bun which was also great. I wasn't a big fan of the glass noodle/chive big bun but their braised pork bun was great. Their egg seaweed soup and egg tomato soup was also very good. Especially for the price too. I also love how the wonton soup uses egg drop soup as well. I also got their dough stick a couple weeks ago to go with the congee I made at home. The amount you get for the price was very reasonable and it tasted solid. Needless to say, this is my go to steam bun place in the area and I would be coming back here again. It's also a great snack/food to bring to my friend's when I'm visiting them.

Baos are pretty good - not the most authentic but good enough to satisfy tianjin bao cravings. The tofu pudding dish is nothing close to being authentic - would not recommend that dish at all

It is reasonably priced. $1.30 for a small bao. Location is good. We went there and bought 10pc minced pork with shrimp and egg for $11.99+tax. The bao is fresh and the small size is good,.I ate 3 bao and I am filled. The seller was good. She was very helpful. Will buy here again. *Make sure te to bring cash!!!!

CHEAP EATS ALERT! Got 10 original buns, 2 shrimp, pork, egg baos, amd 2 orders of dough fritters! Under $20 and fed 3 people! Say whaaaat! That’s awesome! And taste was decent too! Definitely worth the bang for your buck! Service was good enough, but can’t expect fine dining service for at $10 meal, but still helpful and turnaround time to have food ready was good too! Great job overall! Definitely a place to return for food on the cheap! Great job on everything! Super satisfied belly amd wallet!
