The staff here are very kind and always provide instructions on how to best enjoy the drink. They have classic bbt but also some great unique ones. I like that you can order online ahead of time to pick up in store and the system is connected to their points system.

Ended up ordering a strawberry tea but the flavour was not as good as some bubble tea shops I've visited in the area. The size of it as well was a bit to small for my taste for how much you pay. Staff is friendly, professional and quick with orders though.
A	Angela He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty great taste, I actually found the strawberry Panna cotta to be a bit boring but the mochi redbean matcha creme brule is excellent. Very heavy matcha flavor with a creamy taste. The sweet creme balances out the bitter taste of the matcha, highly recommend.

You enter Machi Machi through the door on the right side which will bring you to a sort of food court consisting of other restaurants.

A thing to note is they put less sugar than the average store. My partner got the grapefruit slush. (To me, it tasted like if you ate a flower, but my partner really enjoyed it!)

I have been to this location several times and the taste and quality of the drinks are always on point plus the staff is friendly and efficient. All their drinks are so good but my favourites are: Black milk tea with Crème Brûlée (with extra of golden pearls), Fresh Strawberry latte with Panna Cotta and the Handmade brown sugar latter.
