★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mother and father in-law live at the building and they like it very much. The building is well run but the trees in back of building need to be trimmed alot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish hallways and elevators were more maintained by vacuuming. I think people see the dirty floors and just continue to drop things and not pick up their own garbage.
Office hours are very difficult for working people.
Emails to office are not answered. These are all small things that can be improved to make a better environment to live in. Not everyone here has a subsidy and are frustrated that basic respect is not honored and questions, concerns are treated as bothersome and no timely follow up.
Repairs are patch jobs and not looked at proper needed upgrades. I think the ratio of rent subsidies should be revisited to make it 50/50 because this model does not seem to work effectively for the good of all who live here.
