When it's time to decide where to choose your new pair of glasses, one thing is certain - all eyewear is not created equal! The fact is you can’t always easily see the difference. Getting the lowest price does not guarantee you are getting the best value. A well made pair of glasses should have accurate power, will be distortion free with proper lens edging, have uniform tints and coatings, be impact resistant, and must have durable frames. You will find that you will only get the full benefit of your prescription if your eyewear is properly fitted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to avail the 50% off promo for the 2nd pair of lenses for premium lenses after paying almost 1K for a pair of glasses and contact lenses for one of my child. I was told it should have been bought on the same day. I was not informed of the promotion and only saw it when I came back to get the glasses that was initially ordered for my son. The lady sitting alone at the desk on the right corner of the clinic shut me down saying "I can only give 20%. The promo is posted here", blaming me for not knowing. She did offer a different promo, but wants all the members of my family be there at the same day and time. Wow.
I'm so sorry. I did not read all the flyers and posters that was in your clinic. Maybe next time try to offer and inform your customers?
That will be the last pair of glasses my family will be buying from here.
Update:
Apparently, the 1K that I paid did not come with a set of contact lenses. I was instead made to pay two big boxes of contacts solutions (total of 1440 mLs ?♀️)
Bought contacts with them-$200. Bought the exact same lenses from another clinic- $150.
