★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took an 18 karat gold chain to be repaired. After I picked it up, and wore it, realized that it wasn't my chain as it was much lighter. It is probably an inferior gold quality. I feel so silly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a three stone diamond ring from Mappins, I went to T&Y Jewellers to get the ring resized, shortly after (a week) the engagement fell through so I ended up getting the ring appraised to sell. I was very shocked to find that one of the diamonds was replaced with a fake, directly after getting my ring resized at T&Y. I then called Mappins Jewellers where I found all the documents as to where the diamonds came from as well as their authenticity. Needless to say I would never go back to T&Y as I feel tricked and robbed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave reviews but had to go into get my ring cut off. The women was very pleasant the gentleman not so much. He was rude.... no patience and I felt like an inconvenience and I just said forgot it and went down the street where they did exactly what I asked at one third of the price.
