They kept them for 4 days when I went to pick them up they didn't do anything ! They didn't call me to pick them up before now and just told me they couldn't do anything to them. Now I have to try and I find someone to do this in the next three day. I'm extremely upset I would not recommend to anyone !!

The gentleman was most kind and told me how to fix them myself as he said it would ruin the earring if he fixed it. I asked him about jewellry cleaners and he told me how to clean them at home. Now I know why my partner bought my ring there. These are good business people and I will go there again.

I lost a small diamond from my engagement ring and took it in to have it replaced and to have both my wedding band and engagement ring properly checked over to ensure all stones were secure. The diamond was replaced and I was assured that the ring had been cleaned and checked over. I did notice the ring seems a bit rough and A few days later a small diamond is missing again. I called and left a message then called again the next day. I was told they did nothing wrong and it's a delicate ring but I called the original jeweler that is out of town and asked questions about what happened and they said that it would be very unlikely that the stones were all checked properly for a stone to fall out so easily days later and that any reputable jeweler would fix it free of charge as a part of warranty on their workmanship. I was told by Gold Star you can go somewhere else and get it fixed or come here up to you but it's not our responsibility....
