★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company delivered 8 Wyoming raspberry plants two days ago ( approx. 2 " stubs) of which 5 appear to be dead. They says to submit a warranty claim in six seeks if they still won't grow since they are out of stock. I had requested in the beginning of May that my order be shipped at that time but they refused. This is the third year a a row where I have received a portion of my order in dead or dying plants. I have a hard time getting through and the person has not nice. Have any other people had the same experience? Are people filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordering for years, and have never had a problem. They have always been more that responsive to any problems I have had. This year I ordered in Dec knowing as last year seeds etc are harder to find and they sell out fast.. I have received all my seeds in Dec or beginning of January . I ordered potatoes in April I have received them. My live order from Dec 18, I still have not. I emailed and they sent me tracking I should be getting them on May 27. In the email says they were 3-4 weeks behind because of the late cold spring.I ordered on December 18 thinking I would be one of the first to get my order in the spring. I know others who have received their live orders a long time ago and it was some of the same items.
