My order was processed right away, and I received it less than a week later. The quality of the shirt is great, the imprint looks spectacular and I know my partner is going to LOVE this surprise in his Xmas stocking. Thanks to the team at T-Shirt Elephant, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

B	Bob Gallant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with this experience. Rude client service. We ordered 6 matching tshirts for our friends for an upcoming vacation. The fit was extremely small. Their website doesn't tell you they fit small, so order a bigger size. They said "we must not be XL" and we should have ordered XXL. I have never put an XXL on in my life. I am barely an XL but these don't fit me. They won't do anything to make this right. Hopefully they realize that good customer service goes a long way. This could have been a 5 star review that helped them attract customers. Now, I hope they lose 20 customers over this. Buyer beware.

I told them that I had no problem waiting, as I am in no hurry. I waited two months and was told my order was ready. When I opened the package, I realized they substituted inferior quality shirts for the ones I paid for. When I spoke with the manager he told me that he is under no obligation to tell me that he substituted a shirt! I understand the need to substitute if I was putting a time pressure on them to deliver within a certain time, but if I am willing to wait, a substitution with no warning of a substitution is a classic bait and switch scam. When you purchase with this company you have no idea what you are actually purchasing and they couldn't care less. When I asked him why he doesn't care about his customers enough to even let them know of a substitution, he said he didn't have time. Terrible customer service! Edit: In addition to my review here, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was surprised to learn that I am not the only one with an unresolved complaint.
