★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a Synnex customer for a number of years and I find them so easy to work with. Point and click ordering and an account rep who usually answers any questions I have within about 10 minutes. This is especially exceptional because I am not a big client for them. I usually only order 1 or 2 computers and other misc items at a time. Yet, the service is outstanding. I was moved to write this after recently having to deal with another distributor who I won't name (OK, their initials are IM) and it was excruciatingly difficult and not friendly at all. Well done Synnex Canada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful. After dealing with them for years and being pretty happy most of the time, I have to write this because today they just blew me away. They declined a return for about $5000.00 worth of HP hard drives. They had issued me an RMA number, but are now saying they can't verify they are the same part number as the drives they sent me. Really??? I asked them to just check serial numbers. they said they didn't take them on these as it was a direct ship. I asked them to ask their vendor then (no response to that). They told me that by the picture from their own RMA department they couldn't verify the part number. I told them to order one more from their vendor and see if it's the same or ask for a picture from their vendor and compare. I also sent them links to newegg, seeing they have a picture of that same part number and the model and info is the same as the drives they sent me. Man this is frustrating. I had to share.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never really have anything useful. Orders cancelled, long lead times, inadequate communication, have to chase for refunds. How is this company still staying afloat?
