★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was inquiring about a package that was scheduled to be delivered that was past due. Spoke to a customer representative named Taylor, he was able to track down my delivery as well as schedule another date which arrived as promised. Taylor was professional, empathetic and very helpful.

My order was a month after placed, and this guys calls me and says I have to leave work to get my order, because ceva only delivers between 9am to 3pm, and unavailable weekends. So I have to leave work to get my curtain rods? The delivery guy said "either that or it gets returned" so 2 weeks later, his boss calle me and tries to placate me, after the call he Mark's the item as delivered, and now amazon offered a replacement through the same delivery company. Richmond is such a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible avoid at all cost. My order sheduled for delivery on Dec 6 so I was waiting all day but never showed or got called. Trying to find out what’s going on but no phone number to speak with rep. Submitted shipment track request three days ago. Still no reply from them.

Driver showed up at 7:45 and called to say we don't know how to run a business because we weren't open at 7 am and that he would not be delivering the pallette with thousands of dollars of product. Avoid at all costs. Also there is no customer service number unless you are in the US.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of people seem to be having the same problem as me. Shipment was supposed to be delivered January 14th, got delayed until January 17th, and still did not arrive. No emails, no phone calls. I don't necessarily mind the delay, but at least notify me if it's not coming when it's supposed to come. I've wasted two full days at home waiting for a delivery. What kind of company doesn't post their phone number on their website? I have to toss in a search in to google to find their phone number. Terrible customer support. I could have walked to Richmond and picked up the package and walked home before they put it into their own truck.
Update: January 28th. Still no delivery. Still no changes. Still no updates. ?
