IKEA uses XPO Logistics as its delivery service. If you google "XPO Logistics Vancouver," you will see that it has 23 reviews, 21 of which gave XPO 1 star. It deserves less. I have been waiting since 9:00 AM this morning for my IKEA purchases to be delivered. It is now 8:30 PM. No delivery. No word from XPO, which is the most unprofessional business I have interacted with in decades. I called XPO Vancouver 5 minutes ago and a man answered. I could hear a baby crying in the background. IKEA uses a business whose office is a home with babies? What? IKEA, fire XPO Logistics. It's time to do so.

DON'T BUY FROM IKEA.. very incompetent, useless delivery service, worst experience ever. They rescheduled the delivery TWICE, and made us wait for the delivery for 8 days, and they didn't even bother calling to say they won't deliver the items.. they don't even deserve the one star rating

The worst furniture store in all of BC. Furniture delivery failed twice and no one even bothered to contact us to tell us that they're rescheduling the delivery every time they failed. On top of that, when we call them, they put us on hold for 45 minutes!! The cherry on top was when they told us at the store that these things happen and they gave us an IKEA gift card!!

Ikea shipped a broken item to me. I tried to get a refund or replacement, but I was on hold for far too long and was forced to hang up before anyone answered. They will not accept any emails or live chat support. The item also arrived late.

I may never deal with Ikea again after the hassle I have had returning some tables a that arrived damaged. Someone in their packaging department needs to be fired (see photo)Someone was suppose to contact me a week ago about re-shipping the pieces and I have heard from no one. I called and was on hold for almost an hour yesterday before being hung up on. I tried calling back 4 times and was on hold for over 15 minutes each time. I finally spoke with someone who told me they were too busy to arrange a call back about my issue and I should try calling back another day. I was absolutely blown away with this poor service. I will be very unlikely to recommend ordering from Ikea online to anyone.

This has easily been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with an online purchase. It took just short of a month to arrive, half of the order was damaged and now I've been trying to contact IKEA through so many mediums my head is starting to spin. I've waited on the phone for over an hour, waited in a chat for 2 hours to get transferred to another department and waited some more. Email would be great but unfortunately it's not available at the moment. Some companies have used the current world situation as an opportunity to step up and deliver exceptional experiences because they know their customers are the fuel that drives them. IKEA seems to only be interested in using these times to deliver excuses in why they are inept as a company. The writing is all over their website explaining why these times are making it near impossible to be competent and serve their customers. Take note from almost any other company out there IKEA!

Unlike others. Maybe I am lucky. My delivery arrive on time and the courier is really nice and helpful. They call me twice before they delivered the order. And they ever help to place the package a bit inside my flat as they are really heavy. Really appreciated that. However, I have ordered a dresser. Unlike others experience. It is not broken. Most parts are perfect. However, some boards are a bit defected at the edge. They are not straight. They had broken at the edge and make the board with a curve. However, I think that will not affect the usage. Don’t want to bother to return. But hope ikea can check the item before sending out would be perfect. Cause this one seems like defective product or someone returned product. Just my own feeling. It is a MALM 4-drawer chest, black-brown with Article Number 704.731.52
