Chance was happy to answer questions and provide insite/options/pricing and even responded to an enquiry made well outside of business hours. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Had to call 3 times (getting putting on hold for 5 mins plus each time and no one ever answering) to finally get through to the hockey section. And when I finally did the employee didnt even say the business name, just said "ya hi". Didnt sound very enthused to be working there. I spoke with the same employee twice, and I told him that their website said they had an item and he put me on hold each time just to come back on the line and say "ya we dont have it!". I asked to speak to the manager and the employee put me on hold and no manager ever came on the line. Shame you cant get good service when trying to shop local!

The item I wanted was out-of-stock, so I called them to see when they would have more. Told me the following week. Sure enough, early the following week they had stock. Ordered online - fair price for shipping. Item arrived the following day (literally). Anywhere you are in Canada, buy with confidence.

I go to the back to get help with hockey, Raja Israel is very knowledgeable about every thing in the store. His directing and helping me with my sons equipment fitting to skates being fitted properly and sharpening is the best. I so recommend that everybody go talk to Raja at Sylvertres, he is the best help.

Always good selection of parts and can get anything you need. One of the few businesses left in the Lakeland that remembers you and still offers small town personal service.

Ordered some volquartsen parts and had a payment issue with the online store, and the staff assisted me by phone and email. I got all my parts from multiple orders shipped fast and Todd was very responsive about tracking numbers and questions. Highly recommended.
