★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The contractor made promises to finish outstanding work which never occurred. Initially, the work completed was very rough and wasn’t up to basic standards. As result I asked the contractor to come back to work on the multitude of issues left behind which he put off until the spring when the work was started in the previous summer. The work was so bad that my realtor asked me if I did the work myself. When I attempted to contact him to schedule a time to complete the outstanding work, he got angry and refused any future service even though he was paid fully in advance. It is my belief that one of his shady workers stole one of my sons stereo system while the job was being completed. The contractor used the lowest quality finishes possible and cut corners to save money. Beware of this business as this was someone I considered a “friend”.
