When everyone else told me no, he gave me hope and followed through helping me to find a lender. He was very patient with me considering I was very new to this, and he spoke clearly and in terms I could easily understand. At no point did I ever feel unsure about the process. I felt safe and in good hands from the very beginning and honestly was amazed at just how helpful he was compared to my other encounters with other companies. Unlike other loan companies, he took his time and made sure to work out a plan that wouldn't leave me worse off after the deal was done... he often went above and beyond and kept in constant communication with me via phone and email.
