When they found out we would like to renovate THEY asked me if they could present a bid. Then they dropped us, no replies, no bid and no home for my parents. Very sad!

There were a couple boards that ended up cracking after the wood shrunk and they came out and replaced them in a very timely manner! I would definitely recommend SWO!

It was a very large job; a two tier deck and with a 13x17 cottage style roof tied into our existing roof, covering the upper part of the deck. Jerome and his team were very easy to work with. If anything came up it was addressed any resolved in an efficient and timely manner. A special mention to Harry and the crew, they are hard working and do excellent work. It is apparent they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. I have already received several compliments on the finished product. We have 2 additional interior projects we would like to complete in our home over the next two years. We will definitely be using SWO for these.

All new floors and paint throughout and new windows. The team was very professional, always kept us in the loop and always cleaned up after themselves. They stand behind their work and won’t stop until you are happy with the result.

The workers who showed up went above and beyond, keeping us informed of what was happening and what each next step would be. Workers were at our house each day and were considerate and friendly. The result was an amazing deck transformation, master bedroom and soaker tub renovation. Everything from the flooring to the walls to the paint to the finishing touches was well thought out and executed with great craftsmanship. We invested in renderings beforehand but this did not prepare us for the amazing end result. We were quoted 4-6 weeks - the entire project took 4 weeks and 2 days. The 2 guys who were here working on the inside reno the most, Dylan and Caelan, worked extra hours so we could move in over the final weekend, without us even asking. I highly recommend this firm and their team to anyone planning a renovation!!!!!
