A	Ash Slaughter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food arrived missing $40 of ribs. Attempted to call the store for two hours with no answer. Attempted to call the store the next day with no answer. Called Customer Service, all they could do was transfer me to the store with no answer. Scammed me out of my money and is impossible to reach. I'm disabled I can't just walk down there and make a fuss

The chicken was a small, very disappointing piece compared to the other box. I called customer service, was very patient and polite but got hung up on- bad experience overall.
C	Chantal Hamelin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on Saturday April 30th for a bday party. Short staff that I understand with covid and stuff. But bathrooms where disgusting so dirty,It use to be our favorite place now im not sure we wanna go back. I blame the manager that should be on top of things.
m	marie marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went my son and daughter-in-law on Sunday Feb 13,2022.. the waitress I am hoping was new cause she was not very good, did not seem to know what she was doing and was slow.. and had to ask twice to get a case free.. but trakize times are tough for labour now.. so on to the food.. two of us got the club sandwich wrap with a garden salad .. I paid extra $1.85 fit white meat.. found some brown meat in my sandwich but survived although we both found the sandwich to be very dry and requested some additional Mayo .. the salad was the biggest disappointed with over half the plate of just iceberg lettuce thrown beside it totally missing the salad was a slice of cucumber cut in half, a chunk of tomato and maybe 6 strands of purple cabbage. It was a very sad pathetic salad aka plate of iceberg lettuce.. we did get pierogies which appeared to be baked rather than fried.. very dry but the filling was good. Woukd like to state I generally don’t go complaining but this was very disappointing and will not be returning even the location is good..

S	Stephanie Bottle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the New Fish n Chips platter. Yuck!!! Batter completely fell off my fish Fries were super soggy. Worst dish I've ever ordered from Swiss Chalet. Yeah, stick to.the chicken and ribs. Fish also was small the end batter was half empty like they tried to make their fish appear big but it is not. The food was delivered.

My chicken was dry as a bone, stringy and was obviously not fresh. Mashed potatoes were eh, bun was soggy and tasted vaguely of metal? Overall very unimpressed and will not be ordering ever again. Couldn’t find anywhere to leave feedback or complain as the store would not answer the phone.

The waitress almost seemed mad at us? I’m not sure what for, maybe wearing masks? When we first went in we waited at the door to be seated and when she came out to seat us she kinda gave us dirty looks (she wasn’t wearing a mask which idc u do u) then was just kinda rude and short with us the whole time along with 1 other table who also had masks on. She was being very nice to a third table that was there and I later over heard her talking about driving trucks which is why I kinda got the impression that it was the mask as to me and my boyfriend did nothing other than walk inside. She was just kinda giving us dirty looks the whole time and had a bad attitude.then she brought over the bill without asking if we wanted dessert or anything (which she asked the other table) so we definitely Felt unwanted. There was only two other tables in the restaurant so it’s not like she was crazy busy and just overwhelmed she was just being rude to us for no reason and it kinda ruined my night, I wanted to go out for a nice dinner and she definitely ruined that. I think her name was Vanessa? Not 100% sure that’s just what it said on the bill. I’m also a server, so she missed out on a FAT tip and all she had to do was be nice. Will definitely not be going back to this location.
