Everyone is very friendly. I am on the second cycle my treatment (12 treatments all together), there is improvement but too early to tell whether the money is well spent. The treatment is not covered by MSP, that's why I give four stars.

Dr Swingle and the people at his clinic changes our lives! When my son was in elementary school he was an EXPLOSIVE child. We tried many things from physiologist to sleep clinics and of course read many books to try to figure things out. Through family successes with Dr. Swingle’s clinic we gave it a try, honestly, we didn’t know what to do. After a number of trips and visits, our boy is now himself. At 15, our son is a fine young man with lots of drive and determination, it’s just well directed now. Thank you so much Dr. Swingle.

The Swingle Clinic destroyed my daughter's life. After doing a "brain mapping" session she was told that her memory section of the brain was showing trauma. They proceeded to work on the memory section, after taking her money and told her after one visit she would be able to sleep since she came there because she had insomnia. After her first visit they then told her it would be 20 more visits and after 20 more visits and $2000, she couldn't sleep but had also lost her memories. Now two years later our family is dealing with health issues created by the swingle clinic. I would strongly recommend to everyone to never use the Swingle Clinic since there is no medical doctor there and people with no medical training working there, it is not a safe treatment. Anyone who goes there is setting themselves up for a life time of pain and troubles.

Dr. Swingle cured my adult son of the legacy of a head injury, after he had been misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder. No one had ever even asked about head injuries before! He also fixed my memory problem caused by the stress of my son's misdiagnosis - the heavy drugs had made him much worse. My daughter had treatment and felt it gave her great mental clarity in areas that had always been difficult. It's so sad this is not covered by the medical program....so many people could be helped and healed, instead of struggling with drug side-effects, caused by drugs that do not heal.

Very expensive with no improvement over a year's treatment. While the their technology to assess your mental state is very accurate, the treatment definitely is not. There are some celebrities or affluent people/families visiting this clinic, but they have ample funds at the disposal. While most of the staff are very nice (to me), there seems to be a high turnover which might be an indication of the working conditions and this isn't the ideal place to work. My recommendation is to go elsewhere that has strong backing by the psychiatric and psychological community which is supported by ample evidence and it's efficacy.

I was there for some time a while back. The technicians had only basic skills, and reception was hard-nosed about paying up front. Ultimately, I can't say I experienced any improvement in my condition after several months of 'treatment'. I went to another centre later, and did improve considerably, so it was not like my condition was untreatable. I attended the second centre at a fraction of the hourly rate Swingle charged me. Ineffective treatment protocols combined with pushy demands for big payments earned this mirage a failing grade.

Their β€œdoctors”come and go on regular basis. They love to bring them from USA and after a while they all leave for some reasons. They claim they can treat you but just go though regular protocols and claim that after 6 visits you will be fine. They worsen my insomnia so much that I wasn’t able to sleep for 36 hours. You see technicians for 6 times who ignore your feedbacks and regardless of your request to see β€œ doctor β€œ( only because some of them have Ph.D, very misleading) they explain that everything is fine. When I told them that I am not doing any treatment before I see psychologist , Mari Swingle came to convince me that 36 hours without sleep is part of the treatment and I should continue. I am shocked how many parents bring their kids without knowing what will be the outcome of this β€œ treatment β€œ. I talked to few people that go there and some of them had no improvement, some report that they got better but that can be placebo effect, other like me got much worse.

I'll start by saying that it has been over 10 years since I was treated for "complex ptsd" at the Swingle Clinic. My treatments were at best modern. I felt as time went on that I was more and more of a guinea pig than a patient/client.. I was told that I would require 10 visits, that I would need to purchase multiple books and a pair of led glasses from them that cost me a fortune out of pocket. I was willing to do that because I naively trusted them but more so I was desperate to find solutions to the problems that were crippling my abilities function in life properly. . I firmly believe that the only help I received was the lightening of my wallet! I saw 3 more therapists (not at the Swingle clinic) in the subsequent next few years with resounding success so I have something to compare Swingle's clinic to. I would only suggest going to Swingle if you have truly exhausted any and all other avenues available to you, that is to say only go when you have nothing to loose. an extra point of curiosity is that the name used to be Swingle and Associates...not sure why the name change but given the surrounding information I feel it to be a bit fishy!
