Placed my order and had 3 suits delivered to Ontario in under a week and was able to try them on in the comfort of my own home. I ended up having to return 1 due to fit and the process couldn't have gone better. Emailed Customer Service and was sent a return label, dropped off at post office and within a few days I had confirmation that they had received it and my new size was on it's way. The prices are very reasonable for quality swimwear and the sales are even better. Their Customer Service (Annie was who I spoke with) was amazing, very responsive to messages and willing to help make everything perfect. Nice to find Canadian companies that are a pleasure to deal with, I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

But Swimco seems to tailor far less to swim wear needs of us kinds of swimmers and focuses seemingly on mere fashion trends for recreational swimming. Disappointing. At any given time they may...have one style of suit in the brand I like, TYR, for such training.

I found myself looking to replace my bathing suite in the middle of a heatwave just as Covid-19 restrictions were easing up. In person swimwear shopping choices are slim to none in the Vancouver area, especially after Swimco closed all their locations during the pandemic. Bathing suite shopping can be challenging especially being in between sizes. I needed to try on various styles and sizes. Given the timing, inventory was slim so I had to order two sizes of each. Consequently resulting in a large visa bill, even if temporary, but needed the option to return what didn’t fit hassle free. As a hesitant on line swimsuit shopper, I emailed Swimco twice expressing my concern. One prompt response, referred me to the return policy on their website, without answering my question until the second email clarifying that returns are not free (a fee would be retained from my return) and some items are final sale. Basically no customer care. While I understand the business decision to close all stores and remain on line only during the pandemic, I don’t agree with the burden of the return fee on the consumer. Hence, I refused to give my business to Swimco and turned to a local Canadian competitor who had free returns, great service, beautiful styles, excellent quality and better prices! Until Swimco remains on line and doesn’t change their return policy, I will not be back!

You can ask to try on anything you are picking up (which I didn't know) and didn't find out until I found out the items I ordered were a final sale and didn't actually fit. So, I dealt with Annie who was incredibly easy to deal with, was super friendly and very professional. She helped me make some exchanges despite the mistakes I made with the purchase. If you are looking for awesome service for hard to find swimwear (especially this time of the year) look no further than Swimco! Happy shopping!!!

I arrived a few hours later; staff were so nice and friendly and immediately helpful when I needed to exchange the size on the spot. Will definitely order online & pick up at head office again!
