About 45 mins later I receive an email that my order was cancelled and no explanation was given. I called the store asking for explanation and was told that they can't fulfill my order for some reason, again no further explanation was given. I could've used another company if the online system could've just restricted me from placing any order. Bad customer service and management on the stores part. By the time I received the cancellation email, it was too late for me to place another order elsewhere to send flowers.

I usually send flowers to my mom and family in Edmonton from other shops. I tried them first time not only they were creative flowers were beautiful. Hours of business are SO friendly as well. Thursday at 7:15pm !!! I picked up a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of mixed, VERY fresh cut flowers for my daughters' arrival at the airport (only 12 minutes from Sweet Stems) It was an impulse decision and as such realised (at the time of pick up) that i needed to split the bouquet in 2 (1 for each of my girls). Not a problem, within minutes i was on my way. Thank you so much.
