l	lena Mathies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your Swartz bay terminal is nothing to me but the mini donuts are really good and the person that makes them is really nice but its cash only so you need bills also better then timbits.
O	Orphée TAMBA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with the Ferry. It was a great one. Service well organized. We were a stuck over 2 hours since the queue was very long but we ended up inside the Ferry. My advise would be to book before arriving to avoid the queue.

Raw hotdogs and day old sandwiches is embarrassing for a company as big as bc ferry’s! You could even hire out a food truck and let the little guys make a buck and feed the waiting patrons!
D	Danielle Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spot and on the island. Has all the amenities you need while you wait before boarding. Boarding was super quick and easy. We were on the boat and moving within 15 mins of when loading began.
V	Victor Law on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best terminal to get to Victoria and back to Vancouver. It is organized, clean, and gets you where you need to go. Can it be better? Sure, but we're lucky to have such an efficient and smooth system. There's a small cafe with a variety of food, snacks, and drinks. It will provide you with something to eat, drink, or snack. We love taking the ferry though wish it was cheaper with car. However, we understand that there is a significant cost and limited space for vehicles. We love how BC Ferry stepped up during these covid times. I do feel safer with the new measures implemented.
N	Nick R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go through here at least twice a week and the terminal service is great, but you guys GOTTA figure out how to load the Gulf Island boats properly. They're usually running 20-sometimes 40 minutes behind. Boats are fine besides that and so is the terminal. Also don't use the free BC ferries wifi, it's very secure and will only do basic browsing and won’t let you open any online games.

Not only do they cancel your pre booking sailing, but they also make you pay much more than what you originally paid for because of issues on their end such as lack of employees to sail in a safety manner. I swear BC ferries makes me want to move out of Victoria for good. If there were 0 stars in the reviews, that's what I will give them that. It's so revolving to know that despite the inconvenience they cause you, they still make you pay more for your ride. Unbelievable!!!!
R	Rahul Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is OK. Takes you from point A to B. Mostly on time. Good experience if you don't do this route often. Some ships have a pet section, but mostly useless. Floor is dirty and sometimes stinks. Better to take your dog to the front or back of car deck. You will find people with dogs over there. Last month ordered Pirate Pak Kid Meals. Kid was very disappointed when the meal was packed in a regular brown pack not the pirate boat pack, as described on menu. Blamed it on COVID. Toy coin was missing, but they gave me when asked for it. Blamed that toon staff shortage due to COVID. They need to improve their sound system. Cannot hear most of what they announce. May be add screens that run announcements.
