Prices are competitive, but quality of work is par excellence. They were professional, on time and finished the work as committed. They also gave us advice to save some money, which they could have easily charged from us. The driveway is now the envy of the neighbourhood. We will definitely recommend them to others. I should also mention that the stamped concrete on the borders looks really beautiful.

He was pretty adamant that he will stick us and guide us until the process was fully completed 3. Sukhi started working on entire concrete (roughly 3000 sq ft) in Early May 4. He made some changes along the way, then we initially discussed Fast forward 1 week from the completion date and I get a visit from the bylaw officers, someone had brought up the fact that the fountain and pillars built by Swaraj are too close to the road and had to be removed (built on city property) . I called Sukhi, and he immediately started dodging me (I'll come tomorrow), he gave me the run around for roughly 2 weeks (a point to note is that we live in the same neighborhood), finally 2 weeks after him dodging me, I got a hold of him, and told him do not return to my house. HE WILL NOT COME BACK IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH ANYTHING. Updated* less then 2 months after the job, border is now cracking (see new picture) Update 2* the sealant application is totally white now (should be charcoal the color of the border) they did not use the appropriate sealant.... beware. Save yourself the hassle and ensure you get a city permit / permission / and a receipt prior to building, as issues arise the fix wont be easy.

Sukhwinder’s staff is very profession and used very high-tech equipment. They were always on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. Even though pulling out the concrete and putting in new one is a very messy job itself however they managed to keep the work area very neat and clean all the time. His team followed all work/road safety rules as well as followed all COVID protocols. I have already recommended his name to few of my family/friends. Overall amazing work and I am very satisfied with the results.
