★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't call these guys, they will take your money and do nothing. They took a deposit from my mother and never came back to do the job. We called them for days and weeks and they kept lying that they will come to do the job. They never made an effort to come back. This was over a year ago.

Price was exactly what was quoted and the Quality was more than expectations as they have really good skilled team.

He is very professional, honest and keeps you posted about developments. There were some delays as expected which were beyond everyone’s control but overall it’s a five star for him. Our basement looks just like an upscale condominium and it’s all thanks to him. My husband, Riyaz Visram and I highly recommend him ..... look no further!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Jugraj Singh and his team are really a professional bunch of people. They were very detailed in their work and caused us minimal disruption while they were working on our basement. We bought a house with illegal basement (was our first time so realtor and lawyer lied to us) but Mr Singh helped us in our time of crisis and gave us a very affordable quote for legalizing our basement.
Their workmanship is excellent and I love our new basement.
I contacted a few contractors and Mr Singh was most professional, affordable, and understanding of our needs.
