โ โ โ โ โ We purchased our townhouse through this brokerage. Our realtor was Tim Seo. We felt he was difficult to deal with and even more difficult to get ahold of. On the day of possession we waited.... And waited..... And waited outside our new house, our excitement fading rapidly. We finally called him and he did not answer. We texted and emailed and eventually he replied that the keys were at his office in Coquitlam. We were in Langley. He couldn't have mentioned it ahead of time? He just left us sitting outside our new place and couldn't be bothered meeting us or letting us know either. Gross service.

โ โ โ โ โ Never deal with these guys, especially Jamal Jamalov. He didn't show up for our move-out inspection, we've had to take the road to another province and he told us we would get our damage deposit in 15 days. It has been more than one month, and still no answer. Lots of unanswered messages and calls, this company is not professional at all, when acting in good faith you can get caught up with no answers.
