★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here many times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Quick, professional service with awesome personalities behind the counters, and you can't ask for much more. They are also open to nine which is a major help as a majority of the time I end up selling/insuring vehicles after I'm off work! Most definitely check them out for your insurance needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So impressed today. I am very devastated re my young daughter in law having stage 3 cancer in hospital very ill. Very!!!! HELEN WAS AMAZING i was so rattled could not even figure out what to do. She marked all the spots she needed to sign at the hospital. Wrote everything on forms, helped me re another form and what was needed. So above and beyond . Her empathy but understanding the state I was in was truly fantastic. I could not even fill out the forms so she did. She instructed on the gift letters made awesome suggestions and just opened my heart with THANKFUL feelings. One awesome employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely inappropriate customer service yesterday when I went in for insurance. Helen I beleive her name is the older lady with grey hair was terrible to deal with, talking about how my fiance won't appreciate having to pick me up if I don't have the tow package , not listening to the insurance I asked for. Basically trying to scare me into getting higher insurance. Said she would get me a couple quotes on prices until she said " are you aware that I have two more customers behind you and I'm off in 15 minutes " so no quotes she just passed me the terminal with no amount on it. I asked what the amount was and she said the amount we discussed which was not what I agreed on. I put my card in and out came a much larger receipt that her initial price. Absolutely unprofessional. Will be speaking with a manager.
