★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to get a quote on 03/24 to get a insurance and was simply told icbc won’t give a quote over the phone even though i got a quote from a different agency just before that . Then was told to call later and was hung up on . Don’t recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have renewed my vehicle's ICBC Insurance here two times so far. I was eligible for a 10% discount on my ICBC policy because of the low mileage on my vehicle both times. The first year they had considered this discount in my policy, but the second year they had forgotten to consider it, although I had taken the photo of my vehicle's odometer and given to them! I noticed this mistake from their side when my vehicle's lease term ended and I bought the vehicle! Besides that, they used to spend enough time with patience and courtesy to issue the insurance policies.

I am impressed by her professionalism and how helpful she was. I called that location before going there and Ellie looked in to the issue that I had and found a solution for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using their car insurance for years. Reason? Their extraordinary customer service they offer. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. They go through all ICBC policies and answering your concerns, but are not pushy!
It's conveniently located inside Superstore. Even though you can renew your policy online now, I will keep going to this location to appreciate their service and great work.
