Sushi Blue

Great green tea that was always topped up. Unagi sushi was served at the right temperate. Great food and cozy environment.

I understand why they have such a good rating. This is a small shop with very good food. I ordered Chirashi Don and the assortment of fish and toppings was fantastic. It even included aburi! Also, the sushi rice below had furikake topping which adds a nice taste to the overall dish. Very much enjoyed. Support this business because they are worth it!

The piece of duck in the nigiri is smoked just right! ? Rice amount in the nigiri is perfect ? Topped with green onion and a little bit of sauce ~ ⭐️????????⭐️ -[?????? ?????? ???? ? ???] $?.?? ? Inside consists of crab meat salad ? Also has cucumber in it! ? Topped with torched scallop, spicy mayo, and tobiko ? -[??????, ????, & ????? ??????? ?? ???] $??.?? ? The maki isn't just cali rolls (6 pcs)! It also includes ??? ?????? (5 pcs) and ????? ?????? (5 pcs) ? ? The sashimi and sushi variety is varied ✨ ? Overall just a great platter if you don't want to make any decisions as you can try a lot of different things! This place was adorable ? I wish I remembered to capture a photo of the interior but I was starving and too focused on the food ? It honestly felt so homey to dine in there earlier today with my friend! I was looking for a sushi restaurant to have lunch at but noticed my usual go-tos like @mine_sushi_aurora and @minami_sushi_canada were still not open for dine-in so I turned to Google in search for a place in ?????? ? So glad to have tried this new place because the food was 100% worth it and the service was amazing! Our tea and water was refilled constantly and our server was extremely kind ? Additionally, I love that they offer a ???? vs ???? option for their ????????? ???? because I ???? trying multiple different things whenever I eat ? This option enables me to try many more rolls than normal on my next visit!

I have tried my share of sushi but this place by far takes the cake.. I have eaten at 5 star sushi restaurants in Toronto and tried every sushi place in Newmarket and Aurora.. EVERY one of them!! I can’t stress enough that this place by far beats them ALL! Their food is ALWAYS fresh and absolutely delicious and the family is so sweet and welcoming! I haven’t been in in a while but I do order sushi from them AT LEAST 3 times a week if not more through SkipTheDishes.. I have been a loyal customer for over a year now since I discovered them and I have not had one bad experience yet! The food is perfect!

I felt good vibes from the moment I walked into this mom-and-pop shop, from the warm cozy interior to the friendly and hospitable service. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were also generous!! The photos don’t do the size of the hand rolls justice. The owners were so sweet and went above and beyond our expectations. I would eat there every day if I could. 100/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

This is one of the better sushi restaurants in Aurora; the fish is pretty average, but you can't complain this far north. I like the interiors a lot; it's a little shop that sells cups and trinkets making it feel quite cozy, yet the seating is still comfortably spacious. The service was very friendly and polite; I would recommend dining in here.

My husband and I were in the area for an event this past weekend. Sushi Blue was amazing! The presentation was excellent. The quantity and quality of food was too marks. We were provided with excellent service. What a gem!

Amazing food taste, clean and neat presentation, love the service, and they follow your instructions when it comes to ordering . We ordered for holiday lunch at work and it was a delightful experience! Definitely quality , premium food!! Way to go sushi BLUE ?
