With a 25-year career in progressive leadership positions in various industries and sectors, I bring knowledge and experience from large, multi-layered, private and public sector industries including transportation, telecommunications and government.
I am a genuine, client-focused, innovative professional and transformational change leader with demonstrated success in the design, development and implementation of value-add human capital processes and programs with a goal to exceed client expectations and maximize resources.
My areas of passion and expertise are Leadership Coaching & Development, Talent Management and Performance Development, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Talent Attraction & Onboarding, Change Management and Communication, Employee Engagement, and Conflict Resolution & Facilitation.
I am a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
I moved to Calgary in 2005, to build my career and life surrounded by the beauty of The Rockies. I picked up my downhill skis as soon as I arrived and looked forward to the same “burn” that skiing gives me every time I’m out there. I found my husband, Pete, here in Calgary (online dating for the win) and we love to experience whatever new adventure we can as long as we are together.
Three of my loves are laughing any chance I get, cooking french toast over an open fire when camping, and enjoying a nice glass of wine “apres ski”.
