★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son goes to nature preschool here, 3 days a week for 3 hours. Teachers are very kind, and well prepared for the weather.
The nature center is cool as well. I would recommend bringing the family. You can take the kids into the forest on an expedition, as they provide kits with science related supplies. It is definitely an interesting, and exploitative way to spend a few hours outside.

Just got here around 3:17pm , and they said the building is closed at 3:30pm, then I won’t get my tourism challenge stamp for this time, I drove all the way down from Vancouver to here , and also traffic made us late arrival, the front desk is not helpful at all . ??, I won’t come here again anymore in the future !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great park but could use some love, many signs identifing the trees are sun bleached or the posts are broken/knocked over. There is plenty of space and a few activities to do as well. I wish there were more educational aspects but over all a great spot to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s such a nice and rejuvenating little park in the middle of the city. There’s many things for kids to do. They have camps and story telling. There is a lot of interesting history behind it that you can read about as you walk through the park.
