★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the service. I had originally called to place an order for reticulated/scot foam (polyester urethane) but received ELPE (polyethylene). I followed up with email explaining the situation and exactly what I was looking for, Lorna replied back within hours offering a solution. I thought everything would be resolved and I would get the product I need for the commission I'm working on, but from then on trying to get a hold of Lorna became very difficult. I emailed again twice and didn't hear back from her until a month later, both times I tried calling she was "away from her desk". After a couple of back and forths, the last email I received from her was one line, asking "what is scot foam?" I spoke to Kim next time I called and she called me back within ten minutes to let me know it's not even a product they carry. I don't understand why they couldn't have told me this when I placed the original order, or in response to my first email. I will be placing future orders through Foam Factory, through which I can also get free shipping. I still have a piece of ELPE which I was told I MAY be able to get a refund on, but as I don't drive I would be required to take a cab, which would end up negating any potential refund in the end.

They don't try to sell you the most expensive product, they are attentive to your needs and find the best solution for you. Super professional, I'm very happy ! I recommend 100% this place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad has been great to deal with. He talked me through the options and their huge selection to find just the right product for the job. Excellent quality and consistency with the work custom cutting everything exactly to size. Very competitive pricing on things too. Also, to reiterate one of the other reviews- I definitely felt the "no job is too small" vibe.
One caveat is I think sometimes they get a bit busy, and it did take an extra day or so longer than quoted to turn around an order. So do check in if you're tight on timelines. Brad was great at responding with updates though.

I chose to have their upgraded mattress cover made for the new size. I could not have been more pleased with the final results. The price was extremely reasonable and the product way beyond expectation. Thank you for a great transaction!

We were lucky enough to deal with the owner Brad, who helped us find the product that met our needs and even let us watch our foam be cut to the exact size. Exceptional customer service. Brad went out of his way to help us. Strongly recommend Sureline Foam for any of your foam needs. No job is too big or too small for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Cushion foam was worn out and after looking around I thought I would try Sureline out. I was greeted by someone who didnt want to help. I asked if I could try out the foam and was told to go elsewhere. I would recommend going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got king size mattress 2 years ago , It got softer and had some sags I called and sent email to Kim, they asked me to bring my mattress and they can inspect it and let me know what they can do, when I took the mattress on Friday 4th Feb 2022 I told them I want firm mattress and I was told when I choose the foam 2 years it was 2036 which is softer If I want firm then I should go with 2040 or 2050 I said I can go with 2050 and I can pay the different for that, Greg said they can do and I can pick mattress on Monday 7th Feb 2022. It was ready on Monday , what a fantastic customer service.
They standby their warranty and no question asked plus they changed to firmer mattress.
Will be referring to my friends and family.
