★ ★ ★ ★ ★ won some tix. I had to go and pick them up. On the phone I asked if I could send someone to get them as I don't drive and they are kinda off the beaten track. She told me no as they ask for ID. Well, I went to the trouble to get a ride there before they closed at 5 (I work until 4:30) and the receptionist didn't ask for my ID. So, I couldn't just sent someone during the day without the stress of rush hour traffic but......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst news program ever. I hesitate to even give it one star but had to, to write this review. They often repeat the same news for several days. It seems they haven't grasped the concept of 'news'. Also, they often provide biased or partial information and omit some of the facts. The only good part of the program is the weather forecast. I hope whoever is in charge of this rubbish reads this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weakest news company in Calgary. They love regurgitating the same news stories for weeks on end.
Also, the reporters are clearly not held accountable for inserting “ummmm” and “uhhhh” while they report.
And their amateurish reporters absolutely love to give their opinions and spin on pretty much every news story.
Compare their newscasts to American news and you will see the difference in quality. Obviously there is still a serious skill shortage in this industry in Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful news staff, great morning news. But do not like new screen. OK if you have a 60 in. TV but we all don't. Print too small to see, same with running tape. Only good thing is temp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just heard the "Mean Messages" Did nobody ever tell these people "if you can't say something nice- don't say anything". We enjoy the Global Team so much. They are informative and funny. They are real people. We feel like they could be sitting at our breakfast table with us. Keep up the good work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Globals 3rd 'Morning of Giving' for Xmas families. Totally awesome with coffee, pancakes and sausage. Plenty of entertainment and Santa along with Global personalities. Two buses of toys filled!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trust their lies more than CBC's lies. They have the best liars in the business and I would not rely on anyone else to lie to me. Thanks to Global I always have a completely misinformed perspective which helps me build comradery with other misinformed people. I think that comradery and like-minded community is important for feeling accepted, so I never miss an opportunity to listen to Global News tell me what lies I need to know.
