They never call back ......the mechanics don't put all the factory parts back in place ....3 times and still ECM was not mounted properly ......no insulators as per Original Equipment Manufacture. (OEM). Resulted in 3 damaged ECMs

Personally I would'nt trust this shop to change a spark plug in my lawn mower, let alone work on another one of my trucks. I took my 2015 Ram 5500 in for a CVIP there on a friday stating that I needed the truck back for work on Monday. Although I had brought the truck there the previous year and had'nt changed a thing, the inspection came back good aside from a couple lights, mud flap and a rear clearance issue between the deck and rear tires (This truck has a flat deck with picker on it). Initially this clearance issue that now gets drug into the weekend was very annoying to me in the sense that they passed the truck exactly how it was rigged up the previous year, why all of a sudden the issue? I was'nt going to argue though, I needed the truck for work monday so beggers cant be choosers i guess... This is where things really go down hill... So I go in to pick up the truck Monday morning from Supreme and the truck is'nt ready to go to work. Next they tell me that the "clearance issue" they thought was a Pass/Fail problem, was'nt actually an issue, but unfortunately they had already cut the U-Bolts that hold my rear differential housing to the frame, so now here I am waiting for new ones. But wait this is icing on the cake. The U-bolts on the truck were longer than factory ones as the truck had air bags in it for extra clearance between the deck. So what do they do... Buy factory ones that are to short and don't even protrude past the nut!! So now they've taken my safe vehicle and dinked me around making me late for work, only to send me out on the road with an actual safety issue. Just to reiterate that one more time. I would not trust this circus to change a spark plug in my lawn mower, let alone take another one of my vehicles here. Thanks

Had these guys do head gaskets and studs along with Cp3 conversion on lml duramax did a good job and was on time

Just picked my truck up from the shop and everything went great. Was in for ball joints replacement and they found another issue that was causing a shake which they called me right away about and fixed. Didn't give me the run around, just provided great service. Recommend using them.

They fixed my truck and actually charged me less then my quote. Friendly reception. All around best service which is hard to find in gp.

Highly reccomend, had multiple upgrades done here and they caught a few issues I wasn't aware of. Also went above and beyond with the service provided both in and out of the shop.
