★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not deal with this company. They have horrible customer service. THEY LIE ABOUT what is going on with your shipment and then give you the runaround. If you want you go on a wild goose chase for your shipments then this is the company for you. If you want professional service then deal with a better company. I dealt with SAM and JOSH who were a nightmare to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever is driving through Spokane WA on Friday, April 9th at 10pm, is doing 70 plus in a 60, in the fast lane, and is all over the road. I hope he gets pulled over. Very dangerous, he shouldn't be driving a big rig.

They are very unprofessional, horrible customer service and worst of all cannot be trusted. Never give any loads to them, They are the best in giving the run around with no answers. They need to be blacklisted.

Lack of transparency and lies galore. If you value your customer and relationship strongly suggest that you do not touch them even with a bargepole. Wish there were less than zero stars to give this disgusting company. No wonder there are so many bad reviews of them. For sure they had their hands burnt, but it does not matter to them one bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ii it common for your drivers to be driving at excessive speeds in city ?? Truck this evening traveling on King Gerorge Blvd license 8381 4u going at least 80 km ...absolutely horrible posted speed limit is 50 -60 km . You might want to review this with your drivers !!!!

He will confirm your order and shortly when he finds a better rate load, he will dump you and act like it's still being picked up.
He is the plague of trucking industry and seems like Supersonic enjoys keeping dispatchers with shady business practices.
