★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Horrible place. Went shopping with my girlfriend and the Manager(a bigger man) Started with us because we were wearing masks and gloves... Insisted we take them off(we didnt). What kind of clown does that to clients who are trying to protect themselves. I will be making a complaint with IGA canada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expired products mixed with new products. Very little or none of the products announced on sale. Have to check egg boxes before buying as many contain broken eggs. White bread found with moss when opened, same as sliced cheese. House fruit salad always contains parts of the fruit that is not edible water melon, dew melon and pineapple.
Location is convenient but before buying you really have to check everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced but nice grocery. Their fresh selection could be better (i.e Not a lot of fresh spices available, not many varietes of fresh fruits and veggies, simple food like lemins are rarely nice) But it's great for the bakery section!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nice like any other groceries store, the little thing is that the employee are not reinforcing the rules about which way to go in the alleys. Arrived face to face with a customer who cough in front of me... Not so nice in Covid time...

For a supermarket in an affluent region it's disappointing, for example I have dietary restrictions and I could not find lactose free Sour cream when it is usually available in other supermarkets. I went for convenience because I was near it but I will definitely keep going to my usual Metro... ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice store layout with ample parking. Huge variety of fresh, frozen and dry products. Varied supply of cheeses, fish and meats the two latter both fresh and frozen. Store very well designed and appealing to the eye. Cleanliness can be seen thought the premises. Prices commensurate with higher quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes this was grocery store was perfect for what we needed. We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted some snacks and random breakfast foods. The checkout process was so nice. I brought my own bag and the "bag boy". (not sure if that's the correct title) asked me in French if I wanted him to place my items in the bag for me (I assume that's what he said, my French speaking skills are terrible). Both the cashier and bag boy were so pleasant regarding my lack of French (thank you :it's very difficult) I live in Toronto and this process is not something you see (ever). Learning French in Ontario is a joke (our teachers have a tough job) and we hear nightmares regarding French speaking Canadians in Quebec not helping us. I didn't feel that at all here. Thank you..!
