★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered propane two weeks ago on the seventh, they told us they would have us filled by the tenth. It’s the 24th and we still don’t have propane, we’ve been calling them daily and have been receiving excuses. Our heat and stove runs on propane, customer service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother, a senior, called for a propane fill before Christmas 2021 and was told they'd be here by January 4th. It is now January 10th and tank is still not full. Tank is around 30% and weather is around -40 C at night. Customer service is terrible! Telephone wait times long and calls are constantly dropped. We do not recommend this company.
