★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a hearing aid user for the last 8 years. Recently I switched service providers out of frustration at the lack of service at my incumbent supplier. I live 3 hours outside of Thunder Bay and always attempted to coordinate trip requirements to coincide with service needs for my hearing aids. In spite of compliance with the 2 week notice requirement for an appointment, I was unable to successfully schedule arrangements to our mutual agreement.
I switched to Superior Hearing and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and technical performance of the entire staff. Intricate details that I should have already been familiar with were commonplace. The visit was followed up with a written report, with full particulars copied to my family doctor. To say that I was delighted with all aspects of Superiors service would certainly be an understatement. I would recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second local hearing aid facility I have had a business/customer relationship with. Again the customer service was fantastic. What was different was the pricing. I saved $202 for what I wanted done over the previous hearing aid business I had a relationship with. In addition the other business wanted me to provide a written quote from the Superior Hearing Centre in order to just match the price. So I went with the Superior Hearing Centre. Now I have positive dealings with two local hearing aid centres and can see what both have to offer when it comes time for new hearing aids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible customer service. Starts right from the front staff (Theresa) and the audiologist are so accommodating. Had issues with my hearing aid they took me immediately and tried to fix the issue a few times. Even checked my ears quickly to rule out that my ear wasn't the problem (wax buildup). In the end I had to send it back for repair but once again the staff was amazing and took the time to setup a loaner hearing aid until mine is returned. Absolutely would 100% recommend this place. Locally owned and operated also...thx again
