★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just poor customer service. I had to miss work because they "DON'T WORK WEEKENDS." The lady on the phone literally told me I was crazy for saying other companies work on the weekends. I would never recommend them to anything. They're just rude and condescending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't work weekends. So be prepared to miss a days pay for their service! Horrible customer service on the phone. They don't care about the inconveniences they impose on you. Lady on the phone didn't listen to a word I said. All she did was cut me off and tell me I had no reason to be frustrated (we've been waiting on them for over a week now). We haven't had a working dryer for almost a month now and all they want to do is force you to accept them dragging their feet and doing it on their time. THAT'S WHAT WEEKENDS ARE FOR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog could give better customer service over the phone. My fish does a better job at listening to customers' concerns and frustrations. The lady on the phone was very rude with me this morning. Their service man was supposed to come between 2 and 6pm. Of course he showed up at 6pm right when we are about to cook dinner. He might have well had stayed for dinner! Like c'mon! DO NOT RECOMMEND
