Le lendemain, à l'ouverture du paquet, la viande était gluante et il y avait une odeur nauséabonde et acide. On pouvait sentir la puanteur jusqu'au salon. J'étais venu la semaine d'avant pour regarder les pièces offertes et j'avais vu deux briskettes, dont probablement celle-ci. Fort probablement un changement d'étiquette, ce qui en dit long sur les pratiques du commerce. I bought a beef breast (briskette) of about 3.5kg, at $ 16 / kg. À la place de me dire qu’ils n avaient pas le temps de faire la coupe pour la viande à tartare, ils ont eu la brillante idée de la broyer. Clairement, ils ne sont pas de vrais bouchés de métier pour faire une telle chose. Conclusion, ils ont gâché mon souper du samedi soir!!!! A very bad experience. Conclusion, they ruined my dinner on Saturday night !!!!

Le commis qui a finalement fini par nous servir a refusé de couper le bœuf en tartare prétextant qu'il n'offrait pas ce service. 3. On nous a vendu un morceau qui n'était pas de l'intérieur de ronde de bœuf et qui était de mauvaise qualité. Very bad experience on Friday evening! ? 1. Du steak haché mi-maigre facturé au prix du maigre la première fois , et aujourd'hui, même le gérant qui me sert personnellement rapidement termine de pesé(beaucoup d'articles face à la balance qui bloque la vue) et ce, sans que j'aie le temps de voir ce qui affiche sur la balance ( ce que sur le coup j'ai trouvé louche...) il me sert 2,3 kilo de boeuf haché maigre affiché à $13,50 le kilo et me facture $35,00 à la caisse. Une erreur qu'il me dit au téléphone. j'ai vérifié une fois à la maison. $4,00 de facturés en trop. Viens me voir qu'il me dit en me racontant une version édulcoré des évènements au téléphone, et de ce qui s'est supposément passé au comptoir. Ils ont peut-être de la bonne viande mais le personnel et (le gérant) sont à surveiller lors de la pesée et de la facturation.
