★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underwhelming. The guy working there made me move a box and look behind it for Blackstock rather than helping me look for more of the same wine. When I reached down and moved the box there was no wine behind it... Then I asked him what rye was smooth for an Xmas gift and he didn't help me at all. Good prices just don't expect any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in for the first time because I received the card in the mail and the prices were fantastic. I didn’t notice on the card that I needed it with me to get those prices. They were rung through and when I asked about it he told me I needed the card. I said ‘then I just want to return them. ‘ He said he couldn’t but his manager would be in the next day and if I brought the card she could return and give me the sale price’. I took them in today and she said they have a no return policy so I couldn’t return them but I can use the card every day until December. FAT CHANCE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask if Old Mill was on sale. He said yes. I asked what quantity and for how much. He then says " Oh my God " I asked him if he wanted customers and he told me to calm down. Then I said so you dont want customers? Click he hung up. I WAS a regular visitor and he was always non business like and basically rude. Take your business elsewhere until the chain gets a real manager.
