The contracts are usurious!!! They have automatic renewals and right of first refusal on all future business. Stay Away!!!

We have been a customer of supersave for a number of years. Unfortunately we have never had a good experience. The drivers seem incapable of locking the bin, which leads to others dumping in our bin. Sometimes they are even incapable of unlocking the bin, which leads to them missing our scheduled bin dump. The removal schedule is unreliable. Dealing with customer service, if you could even call it that, is a complete joke. We have dealt with hang ups, rudeness, and general incompetence at every level of their operation. They started out the cheapest option, but the price we now pay has doubled. I suggest avoiding this company if you value your sanity. Words cannot describe the complete incompetence from the call center to the drivers themselves. They don't even deserve 1 star.

My rep Larry B always gets our stuff looked after promptly and friendly. If there ever is a problem or concern its looked after and not ignored.

Terrible customer service. Our company has used them for a little over a year and I have just cancelled our services with them. They upped our bill by 50% with a "covid recovery cost". When I phoned about this, I was told they would be reversing the charges and it would no longer be on the bill going forward. It continued to be added to our bills. I then sent an email asking when this charge would be removed and reversed, I did not receive a response. A week later I sent another follow up email asking for a response and was told they would remove the charges going forward (which I was already lied to about once) but they would not be reversing the previous charges. Our contract also states the our last three months of service are free, but that also didn't happen. One star is too generous.

Added "covid cost recovery" to my reoccuring bill without my consent or knowledge. Price gouging existing customers to recover costs in this way is a shady practice and I highly encourage any other existing customers to review their billing and reconsider their account. There are alternatives to their services who haven't done this. Covid has affected us all, and a responsible and conscientious company would understand that retaining its existing costumers through a pandemic instead of silently squeezing them for more income while hoping the majority wouldn't notice, would bear more fruit over time.

They put the movable washroom in front of the restaurant but the restaurant donot ask for it. It is located at 10212 96 St NW, Edmonton. Ask for help to remove for 5 days but still no replys.

WORST COMPANY EVER ,AGREED ON 30 DOLLARS THEY TOOK $ 130 EVERY MONTH phoned them like 5 times because i have a question about my bill that is over charged by $75 extra , my agreement should be for $32 + $30 for extra bag they charge me $137 , the reception sometimes transfer the call to a desk that no one answer , left msg , and other time they ask to send email. it is impossible to reach anyone if you have a question or concern . then I send email to cancel my contract , and they replied with with a letter through the mail 10 days after mentioning that my request of canceling is refused and IAM NOT ABLE TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT ( ridicules ) as after 3 years agreement with them the agreement automatically renewed so no cancelation. stay away from them. I EMAILED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MENTIONED ON THE COMMENT OF SUPPER SAVE BELOW AND NO BODY REPLIED ME OR CONTACTED ME . TERRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THEM .
