2 employees ran my fiance off the road. He had to hop the curb, nearing missing an oc transpo stop where pedestrians often are standing and waiting. Watch out for your property with these guys driving over .

Sent a crew too return fence we rented and the place is closed and locked up. Crew lets me know they will go to their next job and so I call supersave to find out what's going on. Lady that answered the phone abruptly says "I'll transfer you to customer service" and before I could say ok or thanks click. Lady from customer service answers so I tell her the situation "well did you make an appointment" No I didn't (didn't know I had to do that at a rental store). "Well how can you expect them to be there" (1. It's a business and we showed up during business hours. 2. Their google listing says there hours are 8am - 5pm and we showed up between then. So she called them and they said they would be there in 20 minutes. I said my crew is gone and are on a jobsite now. So can I make an appointment. "Well they're going to be there in 20 minutes so I suggest you be there then" Absolutely unreal way to treat a customer but I didn't say anything. I was ready to take my crew off the job they were doing and have them waste an hour returning this fence. So the lady wanted to find me in their database to close up the rental. What's the company name? Tell her and she couldn't find it. Phone number? Tell her and she couldn't find it. Let me give you my cell number. Couldn't find it. Let's try the guys name that picked it up I said. She couldn't find that either. I confirmed the spelling of the business name. Couldn't find it. Billing address. Couldn't find it. Site address. Couldn't find it. She asked me "what's your invoice number" I said I don't think I have one but I'll look. So check my email and tell her I don't have an invoice. Hmm she says. So I said it almost seems Super Save doesn't know I have any fence. Her words: "it's not that. It's that you're not giving me the right information" Wow!!!! I hung up. I'll never do business here again. Being treated like a cow is not my jam. Moduloc is so simple to do business with compared to this place. Thinking I still have to return these panels makes me sick to my stomach. Renter beware.

Extremely disappointed by this company SuperSave. Reps working for this company have 0 customer service skills, zero knowledge about their products or services. I've called them 7 times in 7 days and no one had the courtesy to call me back but the moment an invoice will be late by a day, you'll have all levels of the management trying to work with you to get the invoice paid. it's unfortunate but a sad reality. The company has frequently signed me up on a contract and now that I'm asking for evidences, they have failed to provided me with literally anything and now avoiding my calls. I'm leaving this review in hopes that someone from their management will read it and finally call me. Cheap prices with cheap quality of services. Buyer beware

If you enjoy continous threats of beeing sued... Blue is for you.... ... and I quote the manager... "I will sue you" .... blah blah blah ... Go elsewhere and get better service. If I was the owner . Id send the manager on a Pink Slip ride to unemployement city... # shame
