Junk Squad did such a great job clearing out our house, the place looks great and they really went above and beyond to make this place look wonderful. I was extremely impressed with the price, Junk Squad is a fraction of the cost and yet their service is far superior to other junk removal companies I used before. First class service and i will certainly use Junk Squad again.

They were careful not to scratch walls and they even spent 40 minutes helping me get my car started. Very friendly and extremely helpful. I was very satisfied with the price and I will use Junk Squad again. This was a really positive experience for my first junk removal.

Yes they charge me extra for disposal but I saved over $800 compared to the last company I used to remove junk. The service is great, the staff are super friendly and professional and the price is the best I've seen in Toronto and I have looked into each company while getting quotes. Great job Junk Squad!!

The friendly customer service representative was very informative and she worked with me numerous times when I had to reschedule. The staff arrived on time and were very friendly, professional and strong. I had a full truck of junk which would have cost me three times as much with two other companies I called. I save a lot of money using Junk Squad and they brought most of my junk to charity. I can't say enough good things about Junk Squad, this was a really good experience and I plan to use them again in the Spring. A+

There was a lot of junk and they spent a while packing everything up for me. My husband is a certified hoarder so we had junk from floor to ceiling throughout the house but this was no problem for the Junk Squad staff. This was a 2 day job and the guys were friendly and careful the entire time. I really enjoyed chatting with them and I would absolutely use Junk Squad again as I'm sure we will need them back. The cost was bang on their estimated price and as advertised, I saved a lot. Great service Junk Squad, thank you.

I had asked Junk Squad to remove lots of heavy tree stumps, patio stones and dirt from our back yard. Junk Squad clearly explained that a landfill disposal would be required over and above the service fee due to the heavy and dense material. After all charges were processed, I still saved over $900 by using Junk Squad compared to two other major competitors that I received all-in price quotes. The Junk Squad staff were incredible, it was a super heavy job on a very hot day but they didn't complain once, actually they were very friendly and polite during the entire removal process. Best prices! Best service! I would highly recommend.

The guys who showed up were very professional, polite and informative. I received a detailed estimate on the spot and there was no fee or obligation to use their service if I didn't like their price. Just so you know, I walked away saving $400 and this was clear as day because I had two other junk companies arrive at the same time to bid on this job. The other companies have all-in pricing but their rates are much higher and their trucks are 1/3 the size of the large Junk Squad trucks. Junk Squad has accurate billing and thats where I saved. I can't expect Junk Squad to offer a price that is 1/3 the price of their competitors and have them pay disposal for me. I think Junk Squad allows 200 lbs free of charge for any junk that is landfill bound. All of the toys and 3/4 of the furniture was donated to Salvation Army, the other junk was so badly stained and damaged. I would recommend Junk Squad to anyone who can appreciate value and great customer service.
