K	Kendra Middleton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We built our home in 2017 with superhomes. We were able to customize our floor plan and modify it until we were 100% satisfied with the drawings. We did use one of their existing floor plans but decreased the overall square footage and completely changed the upstairs layout so I could have my laundry room attached to my master closet. We were prepared and understood from the beginning that building anything from the ground up isn’t always perfect. There were a few ‘hiccups’ along the way but everything was corrected when brought forward. We were very involved throughout the entire build and I was able to visit and watch the progress almost daily. The realtors at the show home and owner were very pleasant to work with and answered any questions or concerns we had promptly. The build process was on time for the most part, our possession date was pushed back approx. 2 weeks but we were happy to wait until the house was 100% ready for us to move in. Once we took possession if we came across minor details the builder was happy to address and work with us to have things modified or fixed. We are very happy with our home and the location that we were able to build our home. The builder continues to be a friendly face we see daily in our neighbourhood.
R	Riley Boucher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE Look up “FORT SASK INFORMED” on FACEBOOK and search “superhomes” you will find every review you need to prevent making the biggest mistake of your life. Avoid using these guys at all costs. They do not build quality homes and that’s why they are cheaper than the rest. They are far from custom as they have very little experience with anything but 1 or 2 floor plans. Aside from actually building with these guys the second biggest mistake we ever made was believing what the sales team that works out of the show home told us. As soon as we signed the contract Jeff virtually disappeared and couldn’t be bothered to help with any problems that arose. BEFORE you sign any contract or seriously consider using these guys make sure you get the advice of a trusted local realtor that doesn’t work for super homes and will give you their honest opinion of them and what they have heard from existing homeowners. It’s a small industry and a little research goes a long ways in saving a world of headaches that will lie ahead. Be very cautious with one of the biggest investments in your life and do your research; you’ll be glad you did!

Stay tuned for a link, facts with supporting texts and emails, pictures and where we are after 15 months of torture. Please dont fall for the tactics, it's not worth your mental health and hard earned cash. We have many neighbor's who will tell you the same thing, It's a joke and needs to be stopped. If we can just save 1 person from this nightmare we will be happy. Just to add to the disaster of these so called builders, I just noticed water in 2 spots in my basement. I crawled up and looked and there is 2 spots with no insulation around the foundation where ice formed and leaked into the insulation. What a joke. If you have any doubt, come knock on a door on Wallace Point. Pick any one.

They will 100% either be a victim of this builder or be able to point you to another poor soul who was. I’m not being sarcastic word travels fast in communities and it’s sad that these guys haven’t went out of business yet and keep wrecking peoples hard earned investments with these garbage houses. Don’t feel like you’re bothering anyone by knocking and asking. Superhomes won’t come back to fix anything I can promise you that. The sales team will forget who you are and you’re family will be left with no recourse. What makes a reputable builder is their service after the sale closes and clients take possession. New home warranty in Alberta is a joke and it’s ultimately up to the builder to come back on good faith. These guys have 0 history of fixing anything after you move in and that’s will be the reoccurring theme you’ll hear about them. Shotty workmanship, cheapest materials and 0 builder warranty = superhomes .
