D	Doug Radke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried twice to arrange a time to meet and view the show home for future build considerations. However the first time Kerry felt his time was better used at the lake. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the same time a week later. Today again he felt his time was better used else where than meeting potential home buyers. His lack of professionalism to commit to an agreed upon time and date does not exist and you should use caution if considering him as a home builder. We understand life happens and we can not always make appointments but doing so without giving a simple 30 second phone call to reschedule is disappointing. We will not be considering his services because if you can't manage your daily life schedule how can you put the time care and attention in what could of been the future home for us. If we could of given zero stars or negative that would of been our selection. TLDR: Builder never showed up, use cation if selecting him as builder. Probably doesn't pay attention to details.

We relied on Kerry's experience and found his guidance and suggestions were invaluable. We had never built before, so we didn't know what we didn't know in the beginning. By the end we came away better informed and extremely satisfied. There are many considerations that come up during a build that are not always apparent during the initial planning of a custom home. We were especially happy that resolving issues with Kerry greatly improved the overall build of our home. We found him to be very forthcoming about what upgrades would cost and we added several features during the build that greatly improved the custom aspect of the home, without adding too much cost. We thought the utility installation was exceptional. Panels and manifolds were laid out very neatly, with good access. Like most people, building a home is not something we were familiar with, but after our experience with Kerry at Landover Homes, we began to look more critically at other homes and realized that we had an exceptional home. We would highly recommend building with Landover Homes if you're in the market for a custom home builder. He will truly help you make your house your home.
