Maybe you got some misunderstanding, but we was talking about 15% restocking fee instead of $15. However, your boyfriend accepted to receive a 100% Store Credit, which is no restocking fee deducted. We will try our best to improve our customer service training in the future. By the way, for you and other customer reference, our store policy is NO REFUND for any reason. Thanks! And different products have different warranty period we will mentioned in the invoice. Thanks!

A	Angie Tocaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible place to shop for car parts. My boyfriend and I used to come here ALL the time, we have spent easily over $1000 on lights and other accessories. These people do not care about you, they just want your money and there is no refund “store credit only” policy. Which I can understand, but my boyfriend bought a pair of lights, tried them on his car and tried to return them within a 2 minute time frame! They refused a refund even though he is an amazing customer and for a long time too. Only because he raised his voice the manager came out and told him “okay we can refund you but there is a restocking fee of $15”. Which is absolutely ridiculous BS, because he was the only one tall enough to reach the lights in the first place. So he could restock them HIMSELF just as he grabbed them HIMSELF. Your store treats customers poorly and we are never coming back and neither are 4+ of my other friends who regularly go there for car parts because they don’t want to support such a corrupt business.

I’ve purchased various products from this store on numerous occasions for both my Toyota and Mercedes-Benz even though it’s a lengthy drive from my end of Burnaby. The product selection is fine, the problem is the staff have poor customer service skills and unless you get a manager you will have to deal with poor product knowledge and broken English. I Purchased lights for my Mercedes and I tried them in the parking lot of the mall (within 5 minutes of the purchase).. I brought them back and they would not return my money. Do you understand the frustration? Their product did not work (the bulb flickered) and I still couldn’t get a refund. I even took a video for them. I was issued store credit, but regardless I felt this was unfair treatment as they were still taking my money. Exceptions should be made for repeat customers that provide a lot of business... and the fact that I brought the product back within 5 minutes of using it. I also purchased 2 resistors ($30) and they stopped working within a week. It seems my car prefers the standard HID kit and not LEDs, so I won’t blame the product. HOWEVER I didn’t even bother driving all the way back to try and return them due to their NO REFUND POLICY. The frustration has made me switch back to AutoWorld - located in Metrotown. AND they let me get refunds, despite having the same policy because they actually appreciate their repeat customers.

I’m 100% content with my experience Everything is well advertised and prices are reasonable.

I was going to buy some blind boxes and some cars for my son, but we will never give them any businesses ever! I clearly said “excuse us” to her and other customers when they were in our way, but she definitely handled the situation very poorly by assuming I speak mandarin, and said “how am I supposed to talk to her” (as in the other customer) to me! Absolutely a disgusting behaviour! Ps: they sell fake items too so beware of what you buy!
