In short: You get what you pay for. We stayed here for one night and as it was unplanned and getting late we were looking for the cheapest possible place to stay at for the night. It was the nearest place with available rooms at the lowest prices. Their website gave us an even lower price than what we were quoted at the desk, so we booked online while standing in the lobby. The room was large enough with two queen beds and the bathroom was decent size as well. There was an empty fridge, microwave oven, an old TV and a small coffee maker in the room. And now the reasons for the two-star rating: while the beds were made and towels were washed, the floor and walls were dirty. The breakfast included in the price was very limited. As expected at this low rate, the view was nonexistent and the neighbourhood is not the nicest either.

Hotel is good. Nice staff. Breakfast is alright. The muffins are fresh and delicious. Our room smelled for the first few days but my diffuser and airing it out worked. If it wasn't for the animal smell I would rate it 5 stars.

This was the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at and there were two TVs in the room because I guess they just leave broken items in the rooms. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, and the door looked like someone had tried to break in previously. They never locked the door to the outside. In order to both check in and out at normal times required us to make a phone call so make sure to bring your cell phone!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Pay the extra money and stay in the Quality Inn across the street. The rooms were absolutely filthy. They had not been vacuumed in 2-3 weeks. The bathrooms were unwashed and the beds were stained with who knows what. Our group had just finished a week camping along the island's west coast and everyone one of us would have chosen our tents over this sad excuse of a hotel. Rather than taking a risk with the blankets and sheets on the beds we slept in our sleeping bags. We also found ourselves missing the outhouses due to the state of the bathrooms.

I stayed here with my parents recently. It’s a very affordable place, but it doesn’t seem very clean. The bathtub was very stained and gross, there were some kind of dirt stains on one wall, and the rooms had a strange smell. It smelled like they tried to cover a bad smell with too much air freshener or perfume. While I don’t expect much for $100 per night, I do expect cleanliness. There was also a shortage of electrical outlets, meaning in order to charge my phone, I had to unplug the clock. Additionally, I think this might be the only hotel that still has LCD TVs!

This is so far the most disgusting motel I've stayed in, the hall smelled strongly of urine and the rooms were only slightly better in terms of stench but so much worse in terms of cleanliness. There was a massive thick stain that could have been either blood or feces next to my bed and my first set of bedding had to be changed because of a urine stain. When they brought my new set the comforter had a blood stain on it. The bathroom wasn't horrible in comparison but that isn't saying much. In conclusion... DON'T.

I don't usually do bad reviews unless the place is really bad. All places get the benefit of doubt but this one I stayed at long enough to give a one star rating. I believe it is my first one star review out of many reviews done. I stayed here for four nights and each night it seemed worse, maybe because I had more time to see things. First thing you notice is it doesn't smell very nice, you notice it a little when you come in the front door but it gets worse down the hall and even worse in the room. I didn't say rooms because I was only in one room. One night I got back to my room late and it wasn't cleaned and it smelled very bad. It wasn't from anything I had in the room because all of my stuff was sealed in plastic bags. The curtains were broken, the carpets are stained, and there is mold in all the corners of the bathroom and all around the bathtub. I didn't see any bugs but I'm sure they're around, I tried not to look to hard. I will definitely not stay here again and I recommend no one else stay here ether.

You get exactly what you pay for. The beds looked clean, which was the saving grace for this experience. The bathroom was not. The shower curtain had mold stains on it. The sink and shower had water scaling stains that look too far gone to get off. The towels were scratchy and not great either. The reason for the three stars is the friendly staff, that re keyed my key multiple times after my phone case demagnetized it. They were also great for our late evening check in, and early morning departure. I mean I would recommend it to someone who is on a tight budget who doesn't mind a bit of a dive.
