★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, but be warned that Sunshine is for more intermediate to advance folks. Great views, chutes all over, and not too crowded compared to other resorts. When pulling into the base, don’t be deceived by the views!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large ski hill with a diverse range of runs available. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned expert or somewhere in between Sunshine has many runs to enjoy. The Gondola takes you up and then various quad chairs move you efficiently from there. Two main chalet areas includes the larger Sunshine village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got lucky and had Parks Canada shut the access road to the resort due to Avalanche concerns. The staff kept two lifts running for the guests as well as the main restaurant which gave us a once in a lifetime experience. With limited staff and being the beginning of the season there were bound to be issues but the staff handled them very professionally. If you get the chance book a room, you will have a blast. Oh and the hot tub is huge and great when it's snowing out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ski hill with a large variety of terrain and great snow, excellent for beginners and experts alike. Easily one of if not Alberta’s best ski resort. Prices are a little higher than other ski hills but is definitely worth it for the massive amount of runs and lifts and the amazing views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very scenic and nice. Slopes are quite short but the snow is good. Heard that lake Louise had bit more challenging and longer slopes. Still an awesome experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time Mountain skiing and the location is breathtaking. Transportation, parking and signage is extremely helpful. There is only one small bunny slope so not best to learn on. There are plenty of green runs to choose from for those with some basic skills. You can spend days exploring many options at all levels. It can be extremely busy into the weekends but you should still be able to get away from the crowds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience!!! The terrain is incredible and the view is fantastic (when you get to see it). I just wish the burger place was a little nicer (visually) and that the stores were restocked (and open) more often. We actually fell in love with the place and can’t wait to go back. Goat’s eye is sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My absolute favorite snowboarding place. Ever. So many good memories for when I was a kid skiing down from Strawberry chair and now as an adult on Goat's Eye and beyond. Last year I had the best snowboarding instructor too, Jaimie. She was so patient and helpful and I really enjoyed my time with her. This place never disappoints!
