Welcome to Sunshine Physiotherapy. We are located in Cochrane, Alberta. We work one-on-one in 45 minute sessions in private treatment rooms. We offer Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation), Medical Acupuncture, Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Physio Yoga, GLA:D classes as well as many other specialties in Cochrane Alberta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend Denise and Sunshine Physio to anyone who mentions they are experiencing limitations to mobility or pain in their back , knees, neck..you get the picture! Denise helped me regain full mobility and build core strength and confidence after struggling with my back, and now has me active and happy. She is pure sunshine, encouraging and skilled. She is constantly updating her knowledge, keeping current with various therapy treatments and ensuring that her and her team provide a variety of treatment methods and specialties depending on your needs. Exceptional service, exceptional treatment. I highly recommend Sunshine Physio and will follow Denise wherever she goes.

And always, Denise’s treatments allow me keep on working with minimal to no pain.
She combines her outstanding multiple skill sets with a certain wholehearted approach which makes me feel renewed.
Her staff is professional and welcoming, and do their utmost to fit you in on a moments notice.
I would recommend Denise to anyone suffering with any chronic pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience here .. my Physio Celia is an angel on earth who is also open to continuously learning to be better at her profession .. she has stuck with me & supported me after I had a horrible encounter with a moose .. she even drove me when I couldn’t drive to see a vestibular specialist in Calgary .. who in this day provides a service like that ?? No one !! Thank you for supporting me!! Highly recommend sunshine .. from admin staff to all Physios there !!

In all my past physio experience’s this is the first clinic that treats you hands on for a full 45 minutes. I have only been a few times and I am already starting to feel a difference. Highly recommend for your Physio needs.
