Lifemark rehabilitation services
Lifemark is the rehabilitation division of Lifemark Health Group, and while physiotherapy remains a core service, we have expanded to meet patient needs and now offer multi-disciplinary services including mental health, massage therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, chiropractic, and sport therapy.
As leaders in all we do, Lifemark therapists have developed specialty physiotherapy-based services within our clinics. Our vestibular (dizziness and balance), cancer, pelvic and concussion rehabilitation services all make a positive impact on the lives of Canadians today.

Promoting movement to a better life through sports
As a National Partner of Special Olympics Canada, we work with the organization to reveal the full potential of Special Olympic athletes by improving their health and fitness. We provide healthcare services through the Healthy Athletes program, assistance at events across the country, and post-event care for injured athletes at our clinics across Canada.

Had left elbow tendinitis that prevented me from lifting a dinner plate and within 8 weeks, I was able to lift 10lbs thanks to Cathy who cared for me from massaging my arm, gradually increasing difficulty of exercises and providing me actions to perform at home. If you commit to the actions, you CAN regain strength and agility! Give this place a try and be honest when something hurts more than you can handle. They listen and will adjust their techniques to suit your pain threshold and unique situation.

I was in so much pain and felt like my whole life had changed after a car accident. I tried physio at other places without much success before I met Cathy Duncan and she literally changed my life. She is incredibly talented and takes great care in her treatments. I was so impressed by her patience, professionalism and knowledge. Cathy's treatment regimen and progressive, targeted exercises were a game changer for me after what I thought was a hopeless situation - so grateful for her work!
In addition to physio at this location, Sean Buckley is an absolutely phenomenal massage therapist. He takes great care in listening to his client's needs and has a very in-depth knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, which is evident when you leave his treatment sessions feeling like you're floating. Highly recommend Sean for any massage therapy!
Finally, huge shoutout to Kari at the front desk, who is always so kind and friendly and a delight to chat with. She has a gift for putting you at ease before your sessions, which really helped me walk into my treatments with a positive attitude - total game changer! Huge thank you to the phenomenal staff at Lifemark Rocky Ridge!

Always felt good during and after the appointment. This will be my first choice when I need physio again.

They ensured I received my government funding before my insurance was required. My physiotherapist; Cathy, was wonderful. She explained the why and was very good in providing feedback and encouragement. She had me smiling through my pain and was just wonderful. If you ever need Physio this is the place to go. 5 stars from me

I had such great care provided to me by Cathy , who is a very talented physiotherapist. She really helped me and was a real support during the last 6 months as she worked tirelessly to assist me with maintaining mobility and reducing my pain. Everyone there is so warm and welcoming and I wholly recommend them to anyone seeking help with injuries, whether they be work related or sports induced . Thanks to everyone there - what a team !
