★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and prompt service trucks are very new and clean very knowledgeable and guy named Jeff doesn’t seem to just want to make as much money as possible but tried very hard to get my car running before towed me back to Vancouver spent 30 minutes trying to jump start and was under neither fiddling around with the starter but no luck thank Jeff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris from Sunshine Coast auto towing came all the way to the top of the dirt road near Roberts Creek when we got a flat tire. He drove us back to Canadian Tire and waited around while we were trying to figure out if they had the tire we needed for our truck. In the end, they did not. Chris waited more while we did a bunch of phone calls to see what shop around town could help us out. He then drove us to a different garage. He was so helpful and patient and he did not charge us for the extra time he spent with us (which I believe was a couple of hours)..He even let our dog ride between the passenger seat and the driver seat. Definitely the company you want to go for if you are looking for helpful, kind and friendly customer service. Thanks Chris!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from the start they were kind and helpful. Chenelle at reception was cheerful and efficient and got everything set up for a tow in good time. Jeff was so kind and helpful, and an effective problem solver at that! The tow was... A little challenging to say the least, and he handled it with upmost professionalism. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks again you guys!

Having to call a tow truck sucks but luckily your driver Chris was in the area so he got there fast, he was quick to get me hooked up and home. He didn’t complain about having to go up my challenging driveway (trust me, it is challenging!) And he didn’t laugh at me (at least not out loud) for not having a spare with me. Also, the cost was very reasonable. Thanks for the fast courteous and friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get a jump start on a Sunday. Called and they said they would have a driver there in 20 minutes. He arrived in 15. Not only did he jump the start the car he tried to determine why battery was dead in the first place. Thought it might be malfunction with the key fob also. He spent the time to check a few other things. Really impressed that he did not simply jump start the car, and left, but tried to determine the cause and walk me through potential problems. Genuinely seemed more concerned with rectifying the problem than wanting to be paid. 5 stars all the way for this kind of service!!!!!!!!!
